This is Dollhouse.
My final project for my undergraduate course at LCI Bogotá.
Consisting of my portfolio ( made up of various mixed media techniques), and a short film directed, curated, and starred by me, and produced and filmed by Jorge Stefanell.
It's one of my most personal works, in which I am the protagonist of this visual and conceptual world I created, being the "Broken doll" of the dollhouse. Each chapter in the portfolio is a part of the house, and a chapter in my life. This is my first big piece of creative work, and it’s the start of my career in the creative fields. It’s a peek into my story, a bit dark, personal, and very honest. I touch on subjects like grief, death, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, sexuality, and all the morbid but real aspects of a girl who is growing up and leaving her childhood behind, romanticizing pain and making it a part of the beauty of being a human being.
